No, heat pumps require a certified refrigeration ticket holder and electrician and we do not have anyone on staff with those credentials. We always recommend that our clients hire a reputable and qualified heat pump company as they can properly install and service this equipment.
For small repair, replacment, or service work we don't ask for deposits. For major appliance replacements such as water heaters, furnaces, and fireplaces we do require a deposit. For major renovations and new builds we do require deposits, but it's a phased payment of 30/50/20.
